We’ll refer caregiver candidates to you based on our screenings, and then you’ll have the opportunity to interview them yourself. We look for candidates who have the experience and the traits that will suit your family best, but we trust your interview and your opinion to help us identify the best caregiver. We screen every caregiver candidate to identify the credentials, experience, and personality traits that will matter to you and your family. Our proprietary background screening system helps us assess the traits that impact the day-to-day experience of working with a professional caregiver. We seek out candidates who have caring and loving personalities, a strong desire to help people, and personal or family experience in caring for loved ones.

Trusted in-home care from local caregivers.

We will only refer a caregiver to you who has the necessary experience, skills, and traits to serve your needs. We work with candidates who have prior work in healthcare or senior care services, volunteer and service organization experience, and/or affiliations with religious organizations. Most importantly, we screen each candidate by requesting references from sources we can trust (other agencies, nursing homes, religious organizations, charities, hospices, assisted living communities, etc.).
