Our Caregivers Are Special!
Personalized Service System
Our service system is based on "building relationships" with both caregivers and clients. We'll show you not just how to get clients, but how to keep them!
Professional Caregivers are Available
You’ll be amazed at how many professional home caregivers are available. Many are middle age to early senior age and find this to be a low stress, desirable job, caring for just one care recipient in a day. Many have worked in healthcare settings where they had to care for numerous patients in a single day. The employment opportunity we offer is very attractive to them!
Clients Need Significant Hours of Care
The typical client needs services for four (4) to twenty-four (24) hours per day, an average of more than12 months, and spends from $25,000 to $200,000 annually for the agency’s services (they might spend much more for a nursing home). At this level, even 20 substantial clients serviced each week could amount to a significant business (typical gross profit is 30% to 45% after caregivers are paid). Industry statistics indicate that a metropolitan area of one million people could contain up to 20,000 clients who receive home care services each year.
Senior Homecare by Angels has always held the philosophy that we are in business to provide the very best care possible to homecare clients as well as total respect to the caregiving staff. Our emphasis on Building Relationships (with both clients and caregivers) have enabled us to keep clients far longer than industry averages. It is our belief that Senior Homecare by Angels homecare agencies should have the very best in training and support so that elderly clients will receive top quality care wherever the need exists.
Where do they come from?
Our typical new franchisees in various regions runs ads for caregivers in the first weeks in business and receives numerous contacts from professional caregivers.
You won’t need a franchise to show you how to attract good caregivers, just simple help wanted ads. A large pool of healthcare labor has been pre-established for us by the giant healthcare industry: millions of healthcare workers have trained over the years to work in hospitals, nursing homes and nursing agencies. The problem has been that these same agencies have also “burnt out” so many of their workers by requiring them to care for too many patients each day. It is not uncommon for a single caregiver to care for 15 to 20 patients in a nursing home.
It’s just too much for them; but, they want to remain in health care.
Senior Homecare by Angels is their answer. Most caregivers are professional healthcare workers who want a new start in a good working environment. Caregivers are interested in our positions because we offer jobs for them to work in single home settings, caring for one person at a time... Ask our franchisees!
Each Senior Homecare by Angels agency is a franchise that is independently owned and operated. The Franchisor, Visiting Homecare International Inc., does not control or manage the day to day business operations of any Senior Homecare by Angels franchised agency.
